Ross Anderson has nearly 10 years experience as a lecturer teaching mainly disaffected young people aged 14-19 in a range of subjects. Ross has a keen interest in e-learning and has extensively used this in his teaching to motivate and engage his Learners. Ross has been involved in several e-learning events and projects and has recently begun speaking at e-learning conferences about topics such as Gamification and Moodle. Ross is now the Group Head of E-Learning for Grimsby Institute and runs this blog for personal views.

Outside of work Ross is a keen musician and writes and records his own music as well as finding time to spend with his wife and his two children.
